Good morning STACers...it's Tues. Another day to build lifestyle, and habits and routines that carry you right into ketosis. Having been out of ketosis, let me tell you the benefits of being in...When you are in ketosis, there is a buzz of energy unlike anything I'd experienced before...it's a daily buzz, and you end up cleaning out closets, cleaning out garages, and often time painting and fixing up the place. Some do mountains of yardwork! Then there is food, you find yourself not eating as much, not as hungry, everyonce in a while you find you might actually miss a meal and of course, that's unthinkable.... Then cravings, usually cravings begin to quiet down, they don't hamper your thoughtlife...
Ketosis is that little hidden special extra that really makes Atkins stand out! It makes you feel great...I'm in, but just barely...I've worked hard to get back in. I've not been gaining any weight, but I've missed that silence of foods! Ketosis is to be worked for, and established and cherished!!!
