Ok, I made the mistake of going to Target today when I was hungry and bought some Atkins Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat bars
I haven't eaten any, and don't plan to for quite some time, but I couldn't resist getting them they looked so yummy. Anyway, I didn't check the back because Miss Priss was having a fit in the cart - I just chucked 'em in and kept going. I get home and check the back and it says Total Carb 17g with Fiber clocking in at 9g. Yet the front of the box says 3 net. HOW? There are 0 sugar alcohols
Anyone have any idea how they arrived at that number?

And I don't eat them as a snack or dessert either, the rare times I do have them it's when I'm out and there is NOTHING acceptable to eat - so max one a month. Thanks for the help on figuring it out! I will be sticking these in the freezer because I'd count them as 9 carbs and that is way too high for me right now
