Day 11 and nauseated!!

i am old hat to atkins but have never felt so nauseated. I cant even type well.
what am i doing wrong?? Please help

List what you're eating and let some folks see and offer you help.

There is the notion of "induction flu" as well ....

I"m trying to find some links on that for you. I had strange feelings for almost the entire 14 days on induction, I can't say nausea was one of my mine. But it might be a symptom.

I have been having a yeast infection for the last few days which is very uncommon for me. I am wondering if the nausea and yeast infection are related.

Hi beth I agree with posting your menu. It will help you review it from another perspective also, and maybe you'll see that there is a food you are eating too much of and your body doesn't agree, etc.
Sorry about the nausea and infection, those are brutal! I really don't know if they are related or not. I have only had 1 yeast infection in my life, and it was caused by antibiotics. Are you on any that may cause that and make you nauseous as well?
