I didn't progress through OWL correctly the first time I successfully did Atkins, I lost my weight easily enough but it didn't teach me anything because I just added whatever I wanted whenever I felt like I could control my intake. This time I want to experiment with adding things in and going through OWL correctly. My question is, how can I determine my CCL if I'm not eating 20 carbs daily even on Induction? I'm not trying to not eat them, I'm just not hungry enough to eat them. Here are a couple of days from my journal to show you all what I'm eating:
2 eggs - 2
Cheese - 1
2 Sausage - 0
2 cups salad - 2
Avocado - 3
Feta - 1
Ranch - 1
Cheeseburger - 1
Pickles - 1
Green beans - 3 TOTAL 15
And this is the only day I was at 19
2 scrambled eggs -2
Cheese - 1
2 sausage patties - 2
2 cups salad -2
1 tbs ranch - 1
1/8 cup feta - 1
¼ avocado - 3
2 slices turkey - 2
1 slice cheese - 1
Chicken in the pan
Green beans ¾ cup - 3
Lemonade - 1
Should I try to make it to 20? Most days I am around 13/14 on average it seems and I am really not all that hungry and hate to force myself to eat?
