Hello All Its Been A While...... Maybe 2 Months.. I Was On Such A Role Dropped 20 Pounds Eating Awoe And Then I Just Stopped .now Im Here Bigger Than Ever Gained All Back Plus. Ive Been On This Bored For Years T5rying To Get My Life Right With This Plan It Worked For Me Years Ago I Was 31 But Now Im 36 Will Be 37 In June And Im Totally Out Of Control A True Carbohydrate Addict..... My Son Just Turned 1 And His Father Is So Tired Every Day. No Energy I Must Start Today Immediately Im Going To The Gym Today To Weigh Myself And Go From There I Will Shop Today And Start Day One Now!!!!!!!!!!! Does Anyone Want To Partner Up ???? I Can Not Live Like This And I Must Change Please Anyone In The Same Boat Talk To Me

Welcome back! I also have a 1 year old son and I feel the same way you do! I would love to be able to enjoy his life without needing a nap LOL Focus and stick with it! You know it works and everyone here is SO supportive and full of great advice!
