i can't find my DANDR and i'm starting tomorrow help!

i can't find my book!

i have cheese, ground beef, broccoli, butter and some chicken in the houseso i should be ok for a few days till i can get that book located.

any other advice?

I have bought several DANDR books at the thrift shop, sometimes for less than $1. They also sell them at Walmart for $7 and Barnes/Noble for a bit more.

Look around the board--its a great resource. Search for that book and drink your water!!
