    Good Morning STACer's,

    Rain outside today, that's okay though. All is well in the land of corn.

    Today is going to be a great day. Hope everybody is still working hard on your veggie challenge. Remember your water too!!

    Life is good! Push forward and have an excellent day!

    Make the best of each day, work with your goals, work with your exercise regime, work with your new recipes....

    Yeah! Nothing like drawing our focus in! Just think, those things we focus on, we get a vision for and we can work towards, and achieve...
    Creating a lifestyle that is sustainable begins with dreaming and focusing and working towards what we want...and we ALL only have one day at a time to do it!

      Morning all! Just checking in before I head off to work. Day 3 of induction for me, and I feel a bit better today than I did yesterday. I hope everyone else is doing well on this soggy hump day morning.

          Glad you are feeling better Mrs. D.

          The scales are stll stubborn...but the tape measure was kind, I have lost 3 inches in assorted places since I started induction and I will take that and be very happy.

                I am here! Need to head to the grocery right after breakfast, I'm out of salad fixings and other veggies. I am usually SO strong and able to resist the pull of the scale except once a week but this morning I couldn't resist - one more lb down

                I'm going to make sandwich revolution rolls today and I'm excited, the last time I did Atkins I ate SO MUCH tuna salad plain out of a bowl, it took me 2 years before I could even eat tuna again and it has to be on crackers or a sandwich now. So I am glad to be able to start eating it again since I won't be eating it with a spoon

                  Good Morning Everyone.. Sun is shining here..but its suppose to rain this afternoon. Been really warm here and I don't like it that warm.

                  My woe is going great.. I am so proud of me.. I just realized that on Monday it will be 4 weeks.. That is good that I have stuck with it this long.. I now see it as... This is how I eat.. Not this is a diet... I weighed myself this morning..and I am still at 278 which makes me happy.. cause before Tom last time the scale said 279 for one day.. So now I feel I am truly at 278 which makes me feel like I am getting somewhere

                  I bought the stuff last night to make me those Revolution Rolls/Danishes. I want to see if I will like them and see if its something I could take with me on my trip away this weekend for breakfast. Also got me a steak that I plan to have for lunch today With some Mushrooms and Onions.. Of course I will have my veggies

                    Good Morning Everyone!!! Just checking in, a little down today, not anything to do with this woe. My sister and I had a pretty good argument yesterday, and that is the first time in a year and a half that she has lived with me, that we argued. And im just feeling bummed today!!! Other than that everything else is going good, did not eat sausage for bfast, and already did my fitday, actually i did it yesterday lol, trying to stay a day ahead of myself. Well im off to venture into my day to see what is in store for me!!!!

                      Good morning, everyone! For some reason, I let myself run out of a bunch of stuff. AAHHH! Not good! I was running late this morning and did not have time to cook anything. I only had enough time for eggs and didn't have any. Yikes! I resorted to part of an Atkins bar. All I can hope for is that it doesn't stall me. Maybe if it's just this once it won't be a big deal?? We live in a rural area so I couldn't even pass through a McD's and get a side of eggs. I need to make some of those quiche things in muffin cups and freeze them for times like this!

                      At any rate, the sun is bright and hopefully it won't get too warm today. We are trying to hold off on turning the AC on. We may need to just buckled down and do it. Will see.

                        Cheri.. I had to cut my air on...Its been way too hot here in VA.. Hopefully tomorrow I can cut it off.. I live in a trailer though..so it gets warm in here quicker..

                          Hi again. Ds seems fine and healthy now, but now little dd is coughing and throwing up. Off to the doctor again. I hope we can nip this in the bud before she ends up with pneumonia too. Not looking forward to calling my boss.

                          On the bright side (and it's NOT bright outside today) I am feeling really good. Now before you yell at me, I know that I haven't been stalled for 4 wks and I shouldn't diagnose myself so easily, but I'm sure that I have a yeast/candida problem. Sunday I started taking oil of oregano and I just bought probiotics, detox tea and unfiltered vinegar. I forgot to get the garlic pills. Anyway, just since Sunday I've lost 2.5lbs and my head feels clearer and I just feel good! I didn't get all that stuff to lose weight, but just because of other symptoms. I've been walking 45min a day for a week and a half and that feels good too.

                          You know what? I looked at my fat body in the mirror this morning and I was surprised. How could I be fat? I feel like I'm a thin person today! LOL!

                            Sorry your dd is now getting sick.. One reason I quit trying to work is cause everytime I got a job as soon as I started working the kids get sick.. It was such a hassle...lol

                              Good morning all
                              Rainy here too~~but it makes everything smell good!
                              It's good to read along here and realize that a lot of us are settling in to this w.o.e. and are carrying on with life at the same time. There are times when I really just want to go back to eating whatever, but I find those times are only lasting a few minutes now, and not nagging me all evening long. Keeping busy sure helps!
                              Well, off to get the day sorted....see you later.
