Splenda or Stevia Plus???

Can I use Stevia Plus instead of Splenda?

Kristy Started Atkins for the 3rd time on 09/01/07

I am allergic to Carbs - I break out in Fat!

Female 30 5'3 - was 190...now 135...goal 120 (maybe 115)...My last 15 pounds LOVES me!

Mini Goals - stop weighing every day and restart my slim in 6 workout

I prefer Stevia to Splenda, with the exception of cooking.

The 'plus' is inulin, it's a type of fiber. It's explained fairly well here:
