I'm up getting ready for work, it's day four of induction for me and I still feel like a SLUG. Just wondering if any of you have had induction flu for more than the standard "three days"? And if so, do you have any suggestions on what I can do to feel better? Thanks everyone!

Re: Anybody here have induction flu for more than three days?
Mrs Davis 1021,
Sure thing, actually I suppose it wasn't really induction flu, but I felt so run down the first 4 -5 days and then all of a sudden....WHAM!
I was cleaning the garage, my studio, my closets, my car, I got yelled at from my son (teenager) trying to sleep and I was vacuming the studio carpet at midnight. (oops....sorry dude....)
It'll get better. Just give it a few more days, it'll clear up...and you'll be feeling great and never look back at it!!
Best of luck!

Oh yeah. It does go. I had mine, most of two weeks. Some other guy on the board had his almost ... three.
Once it goes though, it's kind of like everyone says. There's an energy available to you and it's just awesome.
Good LuckMale

I think day 4 for most is the summit. You made it this far, just hang in there and soon, very soon that wonderful ketosis kicks in. Everyone is different so there is no way to judge how induction flu will affect you. Just roll with it and it will end. Promise.

Well, I'm home on my lunch break enjoying some yummy buffalo chicken wings and I feel SOOOOOO much better than I did this morning. It was so bad this morning I broke down crying I felt so terrible. But I feel much better now! Thanks for all the support guys!

Just a thought.. Are you starting the day off with a good breakfast? I find that if I let myself get hungry in the beginning that makes me feel like crap too..

I actually forced myself to eat some eggs this morning before I left for work, but it was difficult. I think I only had maybe three or four bites. I did drink a ton of water though, before my lunch break, so maybe that helped. At any rate, I feel much better now.
