    Good Morning stacers!!! Just getting the roll call going. Not much different in my world, just still taking it one day at at time and its working for me, I dont get overwhelmed anymore, if i make a mistake i pick myself up and dust myself off and keep going, but in reality since I have been trying to change my thinking, I have not made any more slipups, I lost that perfection mentality, that if im not doing it perfectly then why do it at all. The scale is still bouncing all over the place lol, I thought of doing that Atkins Attack Challenge but decided to wait until another one, right now I really like the 6wk challenge, it has motivated me to excercise, so I will be doing that one again. Well i hope you all have a blessed Saturday and i will check in with you all later!!!!

    Good morning! I hear that on the "perfection" trap. I need to be careful with this because I tend to think of the less-than-perfect attempts as failures and lose the drive. Much better than I used to be but still have my moments. Gorgeous day today: sunny and 77. So I'm going to focus on outdoor work like yardwork, garage, and hopefully the camper. Definitely yardwork first; that's most pressing. Although there's a few things in the garage I should get ready for recycling and get them outta here this morning.

    Got a mess going on in the house with the shifting of clothes; winter to summer, some of these are now getting too big and hopefully won't be needed next winter. It's all something else to take care of. But it can wait. Today, I want to be outside.

    Two days left for the Veggie Challenge! Anyone else packed to the hilt with food?? Yeesh! I'm about ready to fast for a day! Drink gobs of water, take those V's, and rock-n-roll!!

        I am already at work and doing good. Still no weight loss to report but will know about inches on Monday. I am just sitting here trying to work up the courage to post some before and after pics or at the very least a current picture for my siggy. I know I love seeing everyone else pics and the b&a ones really inspire me but I am hesitant. It is partly I am kinda shy but more the fact that I hate all my heavier pics and am embarrassed. Oh well…I will sit here and think about it a bit more.

          I am here! My husband left for his annual golf trip with his buddies, usually they go to Florida or South Carolina (so he drives) but this year they are going to Phoenix. He and I both hate flying so I'm nervous - he is on his second leg from Atlanta to Phoenix right now. And I am hoping I don't get stressed being here with the three kiddos and spaz out and eat something bad lol! I am planning to plan, and stay on track with my exercise too!

                Good morning!

                HI TERRY! (read your post yesterday about your eyesight)

                I wish we had a sunny day...oh well...rain, clouds, wind...there's gotta be something good about that!

                Lisa, you're spot on about the perfection mentality. Gotta lose that along with the weight! I like the 6 week challenge too. I probably wouldn't have exercised that consistently without it.
                dixie: You could always crop your pics so your head doesn't show!

                    I was pretty scared to put my pictures on the site but i went ahead and did so. i am glad that i did. i see the difference in myself, but its nice when other people do too.

                      Awwww...Thanks Terry! I got brave and posted in the b and a section too! The pic in my siggy is me at 135...I need to take some new full body shots but my weight gain/loss always shows a lot in my face so you can still tell I have lost.

                        WOOHOO!! Laundry's done!! Dishes are done!!

                        Time to go outside and play! (If you can call yardwork and cleaning the garage "play"... Loading the camper is PLAY!! Yep, that's first!! )

                              Good Morning everyone!
                              I need to get my butt off this computer and get crackin on some laundry, etc! Its
                              pretty nice here today so far, I hope it stays that way. It was supposed to rain all day and I have a cookout to go to later.
                              The perfection thing is a killer. You really do have to get right back up if you slip up, or you will have to start all over and no one wants that!

                              I am on day 3 of induction and doing great! (so far)
                              I am not weighing my self for a couple days if I can help it.
