When you feel a particular craving coming on, stop and come here. I like to look at the before and after pictures and it helps me stay focused! Read some of the stories in the 'Loser's Lounge' too.

You can do it.. When I find that I have a craving for something carby.. Like sometimes I want something smooth and creamy...like chocolate would be.. so I take 1 oz of cream cheese and 1 packet of Splenda and nuke it in the microwave for 15 seconds and stir it up and eat it.. That really helps..

Or if you need something cruncy like a potato chip..have a few pork rinds..

And best of all come here and read it will keep your hands busy...

b'sgirl, I'm cheering you on too. I see from your profile that you have 26lbs to go. How much weight have you lost so far? I know that in the past for me, when I have done well on a diet, I tend to loose focus when I get close to my goal and its almost like I hit a self destruct button - stopping me from carrying on. This time I'm determined to keep my head firmly screwed on and remember why I'm doing this - I deserve to be healthy and happy and at my target weight. So do you..... I'm sure you can do this.

Re: back to induction i go

thanks everyone for the motivation.I have lost 10lbs so far.I went back to induction yesterday and today i am feeling the induction flu.Blah!but that is a good thing to.The next day after i blew it and ate horribly i learned quickly that it was not worth it.i felt horrible i had a bad headace and stomach ace.I am kinda glad i did have that cheat blowout becuase I no i do not need that junk.Well the good thing is i am back on induction and chugging my water.I had been on atkins for 9 weeks and then i had that one bad day.But i am proud of my self for picking myself up the next day and moving on to induction, instead of just giving up and eating what ever and gaining.

Nice job getting immediately back on track! Thats how you do it! No one is perfect and I think at some point we all slip up, the key is what you did. Got back on track instead of giving in for good
