I posted in the "Sunday check-in" thread, but seeing as no one has returned to that particular thread (who would, it is almost Tuesday for crying out loud!!), I thought I'd post a new thread...
As I said in my Sunday post...I am trying to get back on this WOE one day at a time. I was supposed to start today but didn't....will start tomorrow, which ironically is the 1st (honestly, I didn't know....lost track of date...)
Anyway, glad to be back and giving it another go! Will stop here on and off for support...thanks!
Also, for a more realistic goal, I've decided to change my ticker from the TOTAL amount I want to lose (100 lbs) to a smaller goal of just sucessfully getting down to the 200 mark. On the ticker, it says I have 36 lbs to lose....psychologically, this doesn't look so scary!

I have my ticker set to 190... Even though when I get there I am sure I will go lower...but I feel its to long of a road to put my goal weight there.... So to be under 200 would be a great thing
