I am having a really stressful day and it doesn't help that a stocked candy machine is right infront of my office. Junior mints are calling my name!! I have faught this stupid temptation all day and so far so good. But as I see people stopping by the machine (must ahve been atleat 50 people today) I just am having a hard time craving it! I have done so well with this issue (stress/emotional eating habits) however today it has been a real challange. Can anyone give me some quick encouragement?
