    Good morning, I just came in from a 3 mile run...it's beautiful here in Atlanta. I overate dinner last night and suffered a terrible stomach ache, it probably wasn't that bad, but since I no longer ever ever overeat, I rarely ever experience the side effects of my lack of self control!!!!!
    It's a new day. I hope everyone thrives on this lifestyle today and over comes their own battles and enjoys ketosis....which i adore!!!

      I couldn't find my belt yesterday and figured i would just deal with having to pull up loose pants all day long. i got busy making up some solutions and my pants fell down while i was working. both of my hand were full so i couldnt stop it.

          Sandy--butternut squash is on the Starchy Veggies rung, Rung 8, and it has 12g carbs per 1/2 cup.

          Today is a fabulous day! I put on some new pants today that I had bought about a week and a half ago. I thought I had purchased my current size, but when I looked at the tag, I realized I had bought the next smaller size. I am wearing size 10 pants, baby! At 189 pounds, I am wearing 10s. I don't think anything can ruin my day now.

            Not annoying at all. In fact, at work, I usually send emails and faxes with a larger font because I figure everyone's eyes are stressed from all the other small font letters. I hope they're not annoyed, but I figure I'm doing them a favor!

                  it wasnt so bad, only one person saw it. she and i go swimming a lot so.... i just took my measurments. i have lost 6 lbs and 16.5 inches this last week. and that includes a food cheat and a rum binge.

                        I found it in the book I fixed it anyway.. I spent too much money on it to throw it away..

                              Wow, you all sound like you're doing great! Yay, Sheepie's mom is doing well. And so many in smaller clothes and loosing inches. Terry, good for you on the bathing suit looking better. I still can't go near one. Julie, you are my hero. I've been meaning to tell you thank you for turning me on to yellow bell peppers. Man, those are good! I have a red one that I am going to give a try today. Veggies rule!

                                Sandy, hon don't worry about the squash, I did the exact same thing!! haha!! I was like all proud, came here said I fixed acorn squash, yada yada, oops...missed that rung 8 thing.......summer squash like zuchini and yellow squash is okay for level 1.....go figure....I thought a squash was a squash.....who knew....... It's okay......you know now! Squash is so expensive sometimes!!
