HI all,
I keep reading people saying they are staying away from splenda and the like. I am curious as to why. I feel like I am stalled and I have 3 splenda each morning in my coffee on my way to work. What am I doing to myself and why the caution against it? Does it cause stalls, or cravings?
What happens if I cut it out all together?
