            Ahhhhh I'm sooooo sorry guys!!! I didn't see this until this morning, I've been working on a big project at work, silly people, they actually expect me to work!! What's up with that!!!!! Haha!

            I am a wonderfully young 45 years old!! Woo Hoo!! I suppose at some point I'll start acting like it, I don't feel 45, I hope I'm around another 45 years!! I love life, playing music, inter-acting with all you fine wonderful people!!

            Thank you so much for the birthday wishes!! I had an awesome day yesterday, I'm really digging the IPOD today, listening to my Dave Matthews.....yeah....life is good!!

                  Doing good Scoot. One step forward, two steps back another step forward, holding ground, slipping a little here and there.

                  But all in all, pushing forward and not giving up. The way I'm looking at it, I'm learning and crafting a lifestyle, not trying to lose X LBS in X Months.

                  Couple of bad days here and there in the not too distant past and I'm a little wiser and more willing to try the Atkin's diet, if you know what I mean.

                  Thanks for asking and once again, thanks for the support and inspiration. If there's one reason I haven't given up ...... it's this board and people like you leading the way.
