  • Help !!!! I'm coming back to you guys

    Hi again. Or should I say here i go again. I went on weight training and had alot of carbs ect.. With all that trainning guess what happened? up 20 pounds and no not just of muscles. Im a mess and want to start adkins again. I need help.

    Hey Carolyn welcome back!
    Liste girl, get the book out, get some food in the house, and let's get going on induction and ketosis is right around your corner and BOY BY THE END OF THE WEEK, YOULL FEEL GREAT....
    Drink tons of water, and get some exercise going too, maybe some cardio...
    measure yourself, because as you know measuring on a ketogenic diet is KEY
    Keep posting and make friends!!!

        Hi Carolyn. Welcome back. Well, you already know what you gotta do. Like Jess said, start planning your meals, get the food you need stocked up, and start drinking your water.
        We're here to help if you need us (well if I can that is) and I'd be more than happy to.

                The first day went fine without any problem. I was very happy about that. the Second day is well on a role. I think this time i am motivated enough.
