Ok, I've posted recently that I'm concerned my calories are too low. So I finally gave in and put my numbers in Fitday today and only had had 450 calories for breakfast and lunch! I had 3 slices bacon, 2 eggs scrambled with a teeny bit of butter, then a 2 cup salad with 1/4 cup feta cheese and 1 tbsp ranch dressing. I wasn't that hungry....but wanted to get my calories up. So I decided to try something I'd seen here somewhere. I got my cottage cheese out (4 oz container) mixed in a little less than a tbsp of Ghiradelli cocoa (don't worry, just cocoa, no sugar lol) and 1 packet of Splenda. I totally expected to gag on it. Either it would be bitter or just plain nasty.
OMG I ate it up so fast! It was DELICIOUS and it really satisfied that need for something creamy and chocolate without eating something full of sugar alcohols or other stalling stuff. I know cottage cheese works for me, so I'm thrilled to have found this yummy treat.

Not dumb question at all. Berries are the berry rung. I love my berries!
