  • getting through day one

ok so far so good with no caffeine today, but im so tired, is that to be expectant. I also have been under a lot of stress the last couple of days, but not sure if the tiredness is coming from no caffeine today, and i usually only drink 2 cups in the morning of coffee, every now and then would have a diet soda, so getting rid of those 2 cups do you all think i will still have withdrawls.

the tiredness is to be expected! You are in withdrawl, and nobody can truly tell you how long or how badly it will effect you, because of your individual consumption and your body chemistry.

        Lisa,

When I started Atkins, I was only drinking one 20oz diet pepsi a day. But I went through major withdrawl when I stopped. Within 18 hours, I had a migraine and it lasted for two days. But now, I'm much better!! I am so glad I kicked the caffeine!
