    Good Morning Everyone! Am I the only early bird on the weekend? I get up between 5 and 6 every morning.. That is just my internal clock.

    Okay... I have a confession.. I ate something NOT legal yesterday. I ate some of my cheesy potatoes that came with my Ribs, Chicken and Sausage yesterday at the amusement park. I didn't eat the roll.

    It was such a hard day yesterday. The kids got ice cream and I wanted it so bad.. It was in waffle cones too.

    Even though I had some potatoes I could have done worse. My next meal after that was Legal we went to Golden Corral for dinner. Of course they stick the rolls right in front of my face and my daughters friend quickly grabbed them and moved them..lol So I will not feel guilty I will just continue on..

    My body is sooooooooooooo SORE from the water aerobics I did on Friday.. I don't know how in the world I will do them on Monday.

    I have a crazy day today..Its Youth Sunday at church..and then we are having lunch right after.. I fixed Faux Potato Salad so that I will have something to eat.. Then tonight its Parents Day at a different church we go to on Sunday nights.. They are having food there...

    I will stay strong!

    Good MOrning Everyone!!! Im here this morning and about to get ready for church. Last night i had another panic attack is what im thinking it is, but this one was not as bad, not sure what is causing it, and neither does my doctor. I did get out and go on my family hike yesterday, and my goodness we went on a different route and i ended up having to go up a mountain, now i dont mind hills here and there but i thought my heart was going to pound out of my chest yesterday but i did it, and i felt so much better when it was over, all together the hike was 6 miles and my legs feel it today. I was so energized yesterday, i wish i had a camera with me, climbing over rocks and all, im sure it was a sight to see. Not even going to weigh myself im sure im holding on to some water, the way my muscles feel. Well i hope you all have a blessed Sunday and i will check in later!!!!

      No loss this week I knew it was coming, and I know it's just typical - my body trying to catch up to the weight loss but it's still hard. And my measurements were UP in a few places but down a tiny bit in two critical places. My bust went down an inch in just a week and my waist went down a half inch after no budging for four weeks. I know I need to count that as a victory but it's still a bummer.

      I'm extremely sore today after three days of Slim in 6 Ramp it up, so today I'm going to do my best to do Warm it Up or take a walk but my hip is truly killing me. I must have overdone it on that side.

          Sorry about your cheesy potatoes Sandy...it wont' hurt you though, unless you go crazy and fall right off the wagon. You won't.
          Sounds like all you 3 are growing some muscles! Ouch. Good job though!

            Hi All! No I got up early today, Sandy, I'm just in the Mountain Time Zone!

            So I think I have Runners Knee, which was caused by a variety of things like being over-eager to run, uneven road surfaces, supinating feet, etc. I might have to take a respite from running, or at the very least, cut my miles down so I'm only running 2 miles at a shot. This makes me so sad! But I'd rather fix the problem now, rather than have it become something debilitating and costly.

            I also posted some bikini pics yesterday as my BEFORE pictures (I'm going on vacation in July and would like to wear this thing publicly) so I am motivated to start doing pilates again. I'm going to do some browsing online and make some DVD purchases!

            I *DID* plan on going for a long run today, but I will be responsible and do some bike miles instead, maybe some strength training, too.

                Good morning, every one! Everyone is sore, sounds like, even me! I did a lot of standing ab work yesterday and I'm feeling it! BUT - that means we're getting healthier!

                Going to clean house today. Always fun.

                skinnymom - I feel your pain. I actually have a hard time measuring, especially my waistline. Does fat move around during this process? My belly is pretty big and I'm having a hard time getting a consistent measurement.

                  Julie - take care of that knee! I used to run track and LOVED running but my knees are shot from it. I just cannot run anymore I may try sprints again one day (that was what I did in competition) but longer distances are def out.

                  Cheri - I think fat DOES move around, ALL my extra fat came to stay with my original fat on my gut I can REALLY see the difference all over but my belly and waist are just still too big. My chest and "girls" are much smaller and that is great, but the fat on my belly, sides and back do not seem to be budging

                    I've unoffically dropped down from 205 to 202 since Friday according to the scale this morning, but before I get all excited and mark it on "real" because I have some kind of bug in my system that hasn't allowed food to "stick", I'll wait until my next official weigh in next Saturday. Although I have this disturbed feeling of wishing I would be in the 100s by next Saturday, too; with being sick and all. But I'm a realist, and I'll just hope for the best.

                    This week will be interesting trying to get back in my exercise routine after being sick (well, still being sick), but I've got a major presentation on Weds that I don't want to have to stop in the middle of to use the restroom. Could you just see it? "And here we have...Oh, just a moment please, while I run to the restroom..." Ugh...I'd just die! Anyways.....

                      Lol I just realized I'm on the alcohol rung today, TIME TO GET DRUNK! Just kidding

                      I'll be skipping this rung as I drink a couple drinks maybe twice yearly and I certainly have no interest in sitting around and drinking just for the sake of testing purposes

                      So it's on to legumes I guess.....off to see what that includes!

                        Happy Sunday, everone! TOM is here and I'm up to 190 and I'm THRILLED. I generally gain 4-6 lbs from TOM which means one day next week I could be 184=186 lbs!! AND I had 3 sodas and some other salty foods yesterday.

                        Sooo, how funny that TODAY I'm actually happy being able to report that I'm UP on the scale.

                        I'm being very good today. Lots of water and healthy foods.

                          I have been gone from the board for a few months but happy to be back. It is day two for me and I am looking forward to seeing this weight come off. It looks like a lot of you are excercising a lot and that is what I have to do. I can only do so much at a time right now as because of all my belly fat I get a lot of pain in my back and legs, sciatica, and so I know as the weight comes off that will go away.I have a treadmill and can walk at home in comfort and walk until I have to stop and not have to still walk home, so that will help, I just have to get on the stupid thing lol !!
                          Want to get plenty of water in as I do notice a drastic differance in my weight loss when I get plenty of water in each day.
                          I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

                              Okay.. I gotta vent.. I DO NOT know how I am going to make it through all these cookouts... We had a lunch after church today.. All that was there was stuff that I couldn't have.. I did manage to pick the crust off of chicken and ate that..and the Faux Potato Salad I made I had..(which by the way was okay...but not something to write home about) I felt so cheated.. My favorite Potato recipe was there..and a Jello Cheesecake thing too.. Oh gosh there was Corn Pudding there too...

                              I have another picnic to go to this evening.. I am going to take a Grilled Chicken Salad with me..

                              I HATE this.. Why does it feel so bad?? When will I be able to go to something like this and not get upset over it
