      Morning, Jess Love the new pic......
      I have to recommit today. No more of those little double cottage cheese things. Have to stop eating out I think even when I have legal stuff (salads, meat..etc) there is just something in there that stalls me. And drink more WATER
      Sandy I am not sleeping until very late either usually 12 or 1 before I can get to sleep then very cranky in the morning. I gotta get some sleep.........x

        Hard to address everyone personally since I'm a bit late to post today...but good job everyone, today is a new day and I'm sure we will all do our best!

        Personally, I had an extremely stressful day yesterday, which did not cause me to eat, but the opposite, I hardly ate at all. Plus, I fell way short on my water intake.

        I'll give you the Readers Digest condensed version...WATER LEAK!!!!

        My kitchen sink backed up, in to my built in dishwasher, which then flooded my kitchen and poured through the floor down to my basement where it flooded the pool table (luckily there was a cover on it and not much damage), but lots of water, carpeting wet...etc...sigh.

        Anyway, tried to unclog it with one of those new Liquid Plumber can of air thingys (pretty technical huh... ) which didn't work, so then a plunger, which also didn't work, then old fashioned Liquid Plumber which also didn't work. Soooooooo....a plumber is coming this morning to get this handled I hope...sheesh.

        Wish me luck. Going to have a cup of decaf and try to destress! Everyone have a great day, mine HAS to be better than yesterday.

          Good morning everyone! Well Iam in day 23 of induction, I have only lost 12 pounds but I am feeling great with lots of energy and walking everyday so I know it will come off, I just have so much to loose. My Son is getting married in Nov. so I have a big motivation, I want to be down at leat 3 sizes by then, Can I do it? Yes I can!!!! have a great day!

              Thank you so much for the support! That does help that I feel "accountable" to you guys! I'm doing well so far and today is turning out to be better than yesterday, thank goodness! I started dairy and I had my yogurt which was VERY good! Almost like a treat. And I took a walk at lunchtime, which helped!

              Jess - I'm thinking about you!

              Everyone - sorry I've been such a grump. Two and a half weeks until the end of school and hopefully all these political things will be over!!!

                    Hey all! Late check-in today, been doing other things...

                    I'm feeling pretty confident about Friday's weigh-in. I've been drinking a lot of water this week, eating good foods and making sure my fat %s are not too high, and changing it up and challenging my body with new exercise. If I lose this week I'll be moving up to 85g/day, heaven help me.

                        Hey everyone! Hope all are feeling good. It's hot hot here today...84. This morning it was beautiful, but it's steadily gotten humid. I will wait till late this evening to get my walk in. Bout ready to quit, I haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks. I'm getting very discouraged. I need to tighten up my food intake or something. Do antibiotics cause stalls?

                          Mickkey, antibiotics can definitely cause a stall. It kills the good stuff in your digestive system and can cause yeast problems. There's a section on yeast in "The Book", you might take a look at that. Good luck, and don't give up!

                            Doing great today, eating on plan, day five no cheats , scale was up a bit, but I had a ham omelet last night and I knew better, ham bothers me a lot and so I am goign to stay away from it for a while. I know the scale will go back down as I ate very well yesterday and there is no reason for my weight to be up a pound otherwise.

                              Hi Everyone,

                              Late check in for me. I think I broke my big toe last night helping a friend move her bed. Anyway, I had to go to the er and get it drained, etc. I'm bummed. I was going to start training for a marathon on June 2nd. I will know tomorrow morning if it is a fracture or if it is just a big bruise.
