been a week or two since i posted... i'm still doing the diet... added a bit more exercise this week. been hanging out at about the same weight for a bit though... but i'm hovering around the 20 lbs lost mark. not bad at all.

Hi Dan, keep up the good work, you will see the scale move but I bet you are losing inches right now. One of our times on low carb my hubby did not lose for weeks, but went down to belt notches in that time. So, that could be the case for you right now !!!
