I feel like I've been exceptionally clumsy since starting Atkins. Not that I'm the most coordinated person anyway, but I can hardly pour something to drink without spilling it. I'm always dropping or knocking over things. I am not shaky at all. No twitches or uncontrolled movements. Just clumsy. Is that a sign of anything? Just too busy? Distracted? I haven't been very good about vitamins this week, but it's been longer than just this week. I noticed it shortly after starting Atkins. Maybe I've always been this clumsy, but I don't think so. Any ideas?

Re: Clumsy
It's been just over 2 months. I guess it could be TOM. That might explain it. I think I'm eating enough. Maybe I'll try to notice if it happens more in the morning before breakfast or later in the day.

Re: Clumsy
I've never heard of that before - but then I'm basically a clutz anyway! My dh says my day wouldn't be complete if I didn't spill or drop at least two things.cheri
