Hello, Everyone. I have been stopping by to read everyone's posts, but not posting very often. Congrats on the whooshies out there.
This week has been a bust for me. No loss at all. Last week was also not great. I, actually, think I am not eating enough. I am exercising a lot and I am just not hungry at all. I'm still eating three meals per day, but I am probably getting in 800 calories or less. I burn that much on the elliptical most days, so I know that isn't great... It is actually physically hard for me to eat much these days, though. When I try to force myself I feel nauseous! Blah.
My brother's wedding is three weeks from yesterday. I don't think I am going to make it into a size 8. I am getting pretty discouraged!

. Have a feeling it was because we drove to london and back and got caught in the most almighty traffic jam
which meant that I'd gone 7 hours without eating or even drinking much (didn't want to have to keep needing the bathroom, like I usually do, on such a long journey!), and then I went riding all afternoon, so maybe I'd just got too hungry and dehydrated - I managed to still control my portions when I did eat though, which I was pleased at, and I also ended up having more than enough water too.
