I think it's a great idea to have a clothing exchange... I think it would be fun.

I'm the same way with wanting to try things on first...but if we're sending and receiving the clothes for free then it wouldn't be that big a deal. If you get something that doesn't fit, just repost it on here or send it to goodwill. I would be willing to post pictures and mail out clothing if we get something like that started here. Should we give it a go?

I'll bet this never got off the ground because of the expense of shipping but if you are getting AND recieving the expense balances out---doesn't it? How much is the shipping rates for a couple pairs of jeans anyway? I have absolutely zero sense of style and I have hardly any clothes in my closet that I like-I wear what fits and I refuse to shop for anything new until the summer. My bootie these days fits a size 18, but I have a pair of 16s that fit and a pair of 22's that fit, so cut matters. I love shopping in my local thrift store. I just wish I could do it without lugging along the kids, they ALWAYS make a scene in that place. I just bought two pairs of jeans from walmart that I hate. One is all cotton and the wrinkles are a killer and the other shrunk so that when I put them on I look like I'm waiting for a flood! They're both getting returned which means I'm back down to two pairs of pants I own which actually fit.....

I have big plans to splurge for a new summer wardrobe in a new body!
