this is going to be fantastic for! i've never been in involved in a challenge (in this way, that is). and i have some questions. is there a minimum amount we are challenged to drink every day? and if we fall short, do we still post? and if we go way over do we still post? and do we have to post at a certain time? i can be a bit of a nervous nellie when trying something new, so please forgive me if these questions are annoying...

Count me in on the water challenge. In case anyone needs a reminder there are two ways to figure your water quota for the day. The first is to divide your weight by 2. I weigh 160 so half of that is 80 so my quota would be 80 oz. a day. The second is 64 oz. plus another 8 oz. added on for every 25 pounds you need to lose.

You can post daily or every second day, whatever so long as I have your total or at the end of the week i can be a bit of a nervous nellie when trying something new, so please forgive me if these questions are annoying...No problem!

This is exactly right...hope you have your water bottles ready! WalMart sells huge water bottles, but they're a great way to keep track.
We can do it here. I'm just following what's already being done in the Century Club forum.
So on Monday morning, I'll post a thread titled,
"Mon Thru Sunday Water 6/4 - 6/10"
We'll try a week and then if anyone wants to keep going we can, and if people only want to make it a one-off, that's good too.
