    Hey Guys

    Sorry I haven't been on in a few days I'm fighting a wicked battle with bronchitis. My doctor prescribed me cough syrup with codeine and I am afraid to take it b/c of the carbs. No nutritional info on it... But I just wanted to check in and say Hi..

      I would try to call the pharmacy and ask.. Its important that you get those lungs clear though..you don't want to get worse

          I'm afraid I can't offer any advice, but I will say this is something I've wondered about. Medicine and any effects while on Atkins. Of course, to me and I'm sure most will agree, if there is no atkins friendly substitute (for whatever), health takes precedence.
