    Hi Everyone>

    I'm up to go to the first day of my Marathon Training School. And, it is raining. This is good, since I live in FL and we need the rain.

    I have been participating in the 6 Week Challenge and running/ walking. I can already feel my body adjusting to a more muscular physic. AND, I love it.

    I'm more psyched then ever about this WOE! I just feel good.

    Goals for today: Get your water in!!!

    Enjoy Saturday, whatever you have planned.

    We're headed to our waterpark today......and then afterward while everyone is exhausted I plan to go out shopping for new bras LOL - fun fun!

    My throat is KILLING me which is making drinking water really hard, it doesn't hurt as bad to eat but drinking anything cold or room temp hurts. I'm sipping hot tea right now and it feels good but I can't drink tea all day......

    Hope everyone has a great weekend and I hope NC gets some RAIN!

      Morning, back from San Antonio the trip went well, I missed the morning check ins and seeing how everyone is progressing. Very glad I did not gain any weight while gone, even lost 0.5 lbs. Had a nasty migraine, thank goodness there is better living through chemestry. Will check back after class this afternoon.

        Hey everyone! Just sitting here at work and eating a homemade tuna salad for BREAKFAST!!! lol..that is interesting let me tell you! It was either that or face the temptation of all these muffins and candy bars and ice cream that they have here! anyways, it is a beautiful day in washington and besides the fact that i am at work, makes it an altogether perfect day. I feel much better than yesterday...(really bad day) so that is good too. I hope you all have a great low carbing day!!!!

                Mornin All

                Its a beautiful day here on the prairies in Canada. Gonna be out in the yard all day today and tomorrow. Soooooo much to do and since we had a week of crappy rainy weather...everything is now overgrown.

                Hoping I can get a bike ride in, at least tomorrow, like all this yard work isn't enough exercise.

                Already on my third bottle of water for the day...so its looking good!

                  Thanks Mickkey! It still hurts but it's feeling slightly better and after a half day of water rest I'm back to chugging. Hopefully I can get my minimum 80 oz in before bed.

                  I bought peaches today! I'll be giving those a try this week, so far I'm able to eat a cup of strawberries with 2 oz of cream (which I then whip) and still lose so I'm really hoping I can have peaches and cream too.

                    Finally checking in when the day is half gone..lol. On day 2 of TOM and i've never had cramps this bad. :-( I hope its just the pounds getting ready to drop causing the pain!

                    I took my son to look for some soccer balls for his crocs(the football and basketballs werent enough) and also to get some of the decorations for his upcoming 5th birthday party.

                    My cravings weren't as bad as yesterday, and I havent come anywhere near cheating-so everything is well. Hope you all are enjoying the weekend!

                      Hi everyone! I'm having a lovely day at home... doing yard work, planting and moving rocks around! Just took 800mgs of Motrin! lol Last night I made the best stuffed peppers for dinner... I basically used the Italian casserole recipe... chopped the mushrooms fine, omitted the italian sausage... Boy! were they good! Everybody loved them! Then we had Dom's Cheesecake for dessert! WOW! It was incredible! Also had steamed artichokes...
                      Definately fabulous cooking.
                      Looking forward to my daughter's dance concert tonight.
