    Julie - LOL! I am wearing my smaller jeans comfortably too, still a TINY bit of a muffin top but the ole gut will be the last thing to let go I bet.

    Jess - LOOK AT THOSE LEGS!!! HUBBA HUBBA! They are so shapely!

    Congrats to all my fellow losers this week! Those who have slipped, you are doing fine, you are HERE and that means you will get right back on plan right?? It won't do much damage if you stop yourself immediately and get back on track, I promise.

    TOM must be arriving very soon, I am RAVENOUS today. I've already eaten twice and am gonna need to eat again after I type this post. I'm just so hungry. Looking forward to my peaches and cream which is coming up next

    Went out to Kohls looking for a bathing suit today and they had nothing I liked. Bikinis are definitely out (even if I lost my belly, my skin there is not suitable for public viewing) tankinis are not flattering on me, and I think one pieces must be "out" because I haven't found any luck finding any stylish ones. I guess trying to find a cheapie suit isn't in the cards - I've checked all the discount stores. I hate paying a lot for a bathing suit but it's off to the mall I go today.....to do the most dreaded shopping a woman can do. Bathing suit shopping - shudder!

      WOW! WE ROCK!!

      Sunday morning is weigh day, and although TOM is visiting I managed to lose 2 pounds last week. I am very excited, as this means that I know that I can tolerate at least 40 net carbs per week and still lose. I started Rung 3 today and celebrated with pecans in my breakfast of warm pumpkin, cream cheese, splenda and cinnamon. Heavenly!

      I am on my way out of the door to do my weekly Sunday morning visit to the Whole Foods Market. I love that place! The huge array of vegetables fascinates me. I think I am going to get something new today... maybe some daikon radish. I have no idea what to do with it, but I think it looks really cool. I think I read somewhere that Julie has cooked them like "fries" before!? I think I'll get with her and see what's up with that.

          I am at day 16 cheat free and I have been sitting at 241.5 for about three days. I have upped my water and plan to see that change drasticly. I know if I drink 3 to 4 liters a day of water I lose faster, but I have just not been doing that , so that is my goal now. I am sure I will see the scale move quicker now with the extra water !!!

              Yay Mitzi! I too was greatly relieved to see my scales show a loss too as I've added beans in and ate a lot of dairy and fruit this week.

              I found not one, but TWO very nice bathing suits today! WOO HOO! And they were both on sale. I'm so relieved and hopefully I won't have to shop for a bathing suit for a long time to come

                  hi everyone, i am not feeling well today. i got up at 4 a.m. to go to work and i have just not been myself. when i got home, i took a walk with my dog then took a nap and i just feel sick to my stomach. yucky...i think i am tired. anyway, i weighed in this morning and have lost 7 pounds. i am really pleased and in shock...i haven't measured yet. i will do that before i hit the sack again. hope everyone has a good night! i will check in in the morning. great job everyone!! congrats on everyone's weight loss and positive looks on our futures!

                    Wow..I managed to check in later today than I did yesterday..lol. I havent been in bed all day I promise! Ive been cleaning my house..and I mean on my hands and knees cleaning-not that it was that dirty, I just wanted to make it more of an exercise than just light housework. I worked up quite a sweat and I'm happy to say I exceeded my 100 oz water quota by 20 oz. I never would have imagined I could drink that much water in one day and not feel sick. On an even happier note, TOM is gone. YAYYYYYY! I hope it doesnt feel that bad every month. Overall I am feeling great. Im anxious to weigh, but I decided to wait until next sunday. I begin my full workouts this week and I'm curious to see if I can actually stick with it.

                    Congrats to everyone who lost weight and inches. WTG!!! Harmony, I'm sorry today wasn't great for you, but I'm sure losing the 7 lbs helped a little. Tomm is a new day!

                    Well I'm off to tuck my son into bed. Hope everyone has a great week.

                      Hi everyone,
                      I'm checking in late...but had a great day... It was potluck day at church today and I wasn't even tempted to cheat... had some salad and meat. lol! This is a great diet! Can't believe how satisfied I feel after eating... It's great! Also did the rest of my little landscaping projects... I always feel so good when I get the plants in the ground before they die.... Ha! That is becoming my new addiction... plants and flowers for the yard... but there again, I have to exersize self control and only buy what I can resonably manage.
                      My father came over for a visit too... and had a long conversation with about 6 of my cousins... we do a conference call... pretty cool... then walked a couple miles to get some more miles logged... had a wonderful steak dinner with the whole family at the table... a big accomplishment these days with a college girl and a working 16 year old... gosh! it's like we're all adults now! busy, busy, busy.... then we sat in the jacuzzi and everyone but me is in bed... still gotta do my abs.
                      gasp!
                      Thanks everyone for your posts! you are all so awesome and inspiring... I am so happy to have all your encouraging words to spur me on!

                            Hi Everyone!

                            Sounds like we are all doing good. I try to only weigh myself on Mon. mornings, but I skipped today. Not in the mood to be disappointed so I will just keep being good and working the plan. I measured myself for the 2nd time last night and wasn't happy with the results. Maybe I am measuring wrong. Whatever, I won't let any of this stuff derail me. I know if I eat carbs I will feel awful so I just won't, period.
