    Hello, everyone.

    I was waiting for Jess or Sandy to star the thread with some words of wisdom.

    Well, it's just me. The Buffster.

    Well, it's the water challenge start, so, drink your waters, end all of your emails with H2O Cheers to keep it in the front of your mind and, Customize that new Walmart Water jug that you all went out to buy for this challenge. Ya know, with pretty waterproof markers, because ya know "you are special!"

    Ok, a little extreme, I know.

    Jinx Buffy! Your thread is better than mine so we'll go with this one LOL! I'm totally knocked on my behind with a cold and not even feeling up to eating breakfast yet.....but will go grab my water cup and at least get that going!

      Thanks, Buffy and Skinny, for starting the Roll Call.

      Just sitting here, trying to get up the "oomph" to hop on my bicycle.

      I hate exercising when TOM is here... I just feel like I've been run over by a truck. I know I will be all right once I get the first few miles down... I rode for 9 miles on my last outing, but don't know if I can better that today with TOM tagging along.

      Hope your cold gets better soon, Skinnymom.

      I enjoy your posts, Buffy - I'm glad you're here.

          Hi Everyone.. I am not cheerful this morning so I didn't want to start the thread.. I am off to the grocery store this morning.. I don't even have but 1 egg in the house to eat for breakfast.. Not good at all. But I have a good list planned with some new recipes.

              morning all! well back to work today on what is supposed to be my day off...feeling GREAT. Very positive! anyways, i hope you all have a great day and drink your water! i am working on my 84 oz!

                Good morning everyone!! Hope everyone had a good weekend. My mother-in-law and I went shopping and got a ton of flowers to plant so that will keep me busy for a while. I usually refrain from looking at the scales but I just couldnt help myself Sunday morning. 7lbs down I was shocked!! My boss even said it looked like I was losing weight...yay!!

                  Good morning everyone. I had a nice weekend. Stayed on track. Trip to the zoo was HOT! Finally went grocery shopping.

                  BUT, I am really depressed and disgusted with my body. I look like a brick. And not in a good way. Not like a "brick house." More like a literal red masonry brick! I knew it couldn't be true, so I measured myself and my bust and waist are the same and my hips are only 2 inches bigger!! I am build like a brick! When I am thin, I am very curvy. Where'd my curves go? Even when I started (25lbs ago) I had curves. Something's changed and I don't like it one bit! I want my waist back! LOL!

                  On the bright side, I've been window shopping online. I don't want to buy big clothes, but I really need some more to wear, so I might go on a little shopping spree. I've also been looking at some thin clothes and getting excited about shopping for next summer.

                      Good morning, all. Looks like we have mixed moods this morning! I have been so busy. I've been able to read some posts, but haven't posted many messages myself. We had lots going on - Fireman's Fair, cutting grass before Tropical Storm Barry came in, cleaning house, reading for my class. It didn't feel much like a weekend.

                      At any rate - I've had 24 oz of water already and working on another bottle. I haven't been eating well - stayed legal, but eating too much, I think. And with so much going on, haven't had time to do any real exercise. My Slim in 6 DVDs haven't arrive yet, either. Hoping they get here today.

                      Hope everyone has a good day. Drink, drink, drink! (Water that is!)

                        Sheepie, those curves will come back.

                        I totally understand not wanting to buy a lot of clothes while you're still shrinking, but I think a little shopping spree is in order. Clothes that are way too big and hang on us may make us feel smaller, but they make us look big. I have found that a couple of new things every now and then shows off what we have accomplished so far and gives us a much needed boost in confidence which results in greater motivation and determination.

                        Have fun shopping - you deserve it!

                          Woo-hoo! Just got back from a 10.5 mile bike ride. Glad I got off my butt and did it.
