    Good Morning STACer's! Well tonight is the night to install the new computer. It will be nice to have some 'normallacy' in my life again. haha. I love to make up words.

    Thank you for all the well wishings, I hope everybody has been well and life is good. I've had a lot of set backs over the last 3 weeks, but still stuck to plan. I can always count on this lifestyle to see me through.

    Between cars, car accidents, computer meltdowns, work, work, and work, I've been pretty busy lately.

    All is good though. Just wanted to say hello, and let you all know that I've missed you all and I hope to continue to assist in any way I can!

    I can't believe it's June already!! Yikes!!!

    Stick to plan! Goals and Focus!

    Hey Scooter! Good to see you here. I don't know how you survived so long without your computer. I would have been down at the computer superstore the same day and I wouldn't have leave without a large box! But that's just me. LOL!

    Last night I made mashed cauliflower with an orange colored cauliflower. Anyone know if they have the same carbs as the white ones? I hope so. It was really good and I had seconds.

    I was kinda down yesterday, like so many here, but like Jess said, today is going to be a good day...because I said so! So there! LOL!

      That is EXACTLY what I did a few months ago when ours died LOL! I cannot stand not being "connected" - that is how I talk to all my friends, both IRL and online.....

      I am in a MUCH better mood today. Woke up to another .5 lb gone in just two days and my cold seems to be retreating. It's the last week of school too so there is no homework stress or assignments to get done, just fun fun fun for them!

      Gonna start chugging my water.....have a great day and YAY SCOOTER'S BACK!

        About time you get back here and start a thread Scooter.. We hormonal women need guys around sometimes...to balance us out..

        I am still dizzy this morning..I didn't feel beter yesterday until after a second dose of Sudafed.. So that won't be until 11... So I am skipping the Y..its hard to jump around feeling dizzy...

        I went to the store yesterday and spent over $200 on groceries..and what did I have to do last night.. Stopped at Subway and got a Salad...lol I didn't have time to cook. I am looking forward to making some new recipes that I haven't tried..

            Sandy, I hope you're feeling better today. It's awful to be dizzy.

            Well, last night I went on a little online shopping spree! I bought 4 dresses, 2 tops, and 1 sweater! I didn't want to buy big clothes, but I really needed some new things. I don't usually wear dresses very often, but I would like to. The sweater is a much smaller size, so I have that to look forward to. Nothing was terribly expensive, so I won't feel badly when they're so big they're falling of of me! It was so much fun that I'm worried now that when I reach goal I'll be broke from clothes shopping!!

                Good morning all! well today i am also in a much better mood! last night i ended up just snacking all night on induction friendly foods but at the end of the night i ended up realizing that i went over my splenda limit and has some asparatame so i was really upset (PLUS i went over my carbs by 5 or 6 carbs!!!) yesterday was a bad day..and i got too lazy with fit day. i have resorted to planning out all of my meals until i can get that under control. But this morning, cause i was paranoid from yesterday, i measured and lost another inch on my stomach!! I still don't know what to do but drink loads of water and maybe eat a few less carbs today to make up for yesterday. at least yesterday i learned when to eat when you are hungry and when it is just out of habit. so today i plan only to eat until i am full. i planned out my meals for today and i am laying off the splenda for awhile. i might have to have asparatame at the end of the week cause i will have to eat jello with it in it when i get my wisdom teeth out tommorrow so i hope that it doesn't hinder my weight loss! sorry such a long post lol..wow i wrote a story! but stay strong today everyone! good luck to anyone who is weighing in today!!! and partytrouble and harmony, can't wait to see you monday and your results!!!

                  Great to be back friends!!!! Thank you so much. Yeah. I'm jonesin' to get home tonight, I have to rehearse with my brother for a couple hours, then probably boot him out the door!! haha!! Can't wait to get hooked back up to the world of the living!

                  It is amazing how much we depend on our computers isn't it? You don't realize it till you don't have it I suppose.

                  The guys where I work hooked me up. It's a Dell computer. 22 inch flat screen (wide screen) monitor. I already have a great sound system. That way I can listen to Scooterjams...haha....while reading all the posts I've missed.

                  In for the lunchtime break, gotta run!! See you all soon!!

                    i'm with you scooter. i'm not leaving this way of life either. i am really happy with it. i do not feel deprived, i feel in control, i do not obsess about food...it's so much better living on this side of the fence!
