    Hi STACers! Happy Thursday...

    Well, my 2 year anniversary is coming up this month: June 21st! I've been pretty involved with STAC since then (with the exception of these last few months when i converted back to lurker status.) But i was here in spirit... just going through some difficult times & not feeling very communicative.

    So i am recalculating 100 days to be 100 days cheat free for me... and that date brings me to September 11th. Interesting... well, i certainly won't forget that day and perhaps reaching that 100 day mark cheat free will bring some positivity back to that sad day.

      I wouldn't worry about your percentages...Just try to eat what you can that is legal... You will heal quickly...

          I've heard mixed reviews about s/f Jello because of it's aspartame content. Has it caused anyone to stall? I used it the first time around, but am not sure now.

            Hm. Outback Jess you took the words out of my mouth =) Except I want two 1 yr anniverseries! I want one for June, 5 2008 when I started my new journey and decided to change my self for good. I want another one for when I reach my goal weight, and maintain it for a year.

            I'm also hoping that in 100 days I'll be cheat free as well =) Which will be more than a challenge for me because I got 3 family birthdays coming up including my own! Help! :P

              100 days = July 3, 2007
              1 year = March 25, 2008

              However, I hope that by March 25, 2008 I will have gained a bunch of weight back. I am returning to my fertility clinic in July and I hope I will be pregnant next March!

                I ate the SF jello the first time around too and it never stalled me. I just got tired of it as it was one of the things that I ate every day and now can't stand lol. I have 8 containers of it in my fridge still!

                  send them to me, skinnymom!! i couldn't survive without the s/f jello! and i whip some heavy cream and put it on top too! love it...so, my one year anniversary will be may 27, 2008...my 100th day will be september 4th. thanks for this post, jess...i really like thinking this way...reminding my self that time passes, whether i stay the course or not...
