    Hey everyone...Im just getting in from a day at the pool. I never realized what work swimming is, but it was fun and i'm going to incorperate it into my workout plan.

    Off to cook dinner and get ready for the week. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

    oh and congrats Mitzi on losing the 3 pounds!!!

      hi everyone, today was my weigh in day and i forgot! i totally got up, got ready for work, and bam! left. i didn't even remember that i had forgotten until i logged on! hhmmm...not quite sure what that means...!!! lol

      feeling good...getting a little shaky...working on that...i am pretty nervous about moving on from induction to rung 1...trying to think/reason/feel my way through it. and, still drinking my water!

        Hi everyone! Congrats Mitzi on the 3 lbs lost! whooo hoo!
        I added some dairy to my diet. Felt like I needed some yogurt and hoped it would help my tummy aches... then lost it on some apricots... I ate 3. Don't know why I had to have them so bad... but I did. I can't believe it's even a cheat. Most diets would allow them, but now I feel guilty and hope I haven't screwed everything up. Move on. Right?
        Going out for dinner now with mil. Chinese... planning on eating egg drop soup, some chicken and veggies... Afraid of the sauce though... I'll see what all they have may just order steamed veggies or something. could just have the soup. Not really where I wanted to go but mil rules.

          Liz, I can't see that apricots will hurt you too bad, just get back on track!

          I'm doing fine today, water is hard but I am going to attempt to get my 80 oz in still. Otherwise all is good!

            Late check in today. Just been goofing off, hubby is off with me today and we rarely get a day off together. Dancing was fun last night. The band was awful but that made it all the funner.
