      Its gonna be a great day, I am off to run this morning, and prepare for the heat! Yesterday was a scorcher... Still focusing on lifestyle.

          Good morning all. I haven't been posting lately, but lurking some. I am making slow, steady progress. I am still not getting enough regular exercise in, but did work in the yard for a couple of hours yesterday. I hope to hit the golf course one evening this week, or at least the driving range.

          I hope that everyone has a blessed and productive day!

            Good Morning Heading out early this morning before the heat hits, library with the kiddos and then we'll come home so I can excercise.
            Weighed in this morning down to 190.7 That's just over 11lbs in 3 weeks.

                Good morning everyone! Had a good weekend. Nice family bike ride and two 3mi walks. Today the town pool opens so we might go there tonight. I wish I were losing faster, but I'll take what I can get!

                  Didn't get up early enough, flying to Ohio later this afternoon. Won't have the opportunity to exercise.

                    Morning, Having too much coffee the past week or so, got to cut back on that. Have not lost anything since I hit my last goal, at least its not going back up. Must regroup and not let it get out of hand STARTING NOW!!! I will not procrastinate about my eating habits. Today is my long day so packing up a big jug of water and lunch and dinner.

                      Up early and checking in. Will continue to do what I can, hoping to get a bike ride in. Got a lot of housework and yarkwork to catch up on. So I could be really busy, if the body would allow me to.

                            Everyone is very busy today! We are getting relief from really hot weather, too. Today should be 83 with isolated thunderstorms. Hoping to get home in time to get ds in the pool before any hit.

                            Today is the first day at school after the kiddies left Friday. It's weird and super quiet. Had to turn on the radio - music helps to motivate, too! Got lots of organizing and packing to do.

                              Raining here right now - supposed to be headed to the pool but that will have to wait till later in the afternoon now.....I'm being confronted with the "I'm bored" comment from my two older girls - today is the first day of summer vacation LOL.

                              So off to occupy them! Gonna plan to keep up with my water this week!
