Good morning to all! I just rolled out of bed and sipping on a cup of coffee. Looks like another beautiful day in the great northwest U.S.A. The hummingbirds out my window seem to be enjoying it already. I'm still not weighing. DH hid the scales. I'll weigh on saturday, thats when my first fourteen days of induction will be up. So I'm really looking forward to then. Today is a garden and housework day. I'll get in the pool this afternoon and spend time with my daughter. Wishing all of you a wonderful day!

I'm here and sticking with it. Got to take both kids to orthodontist to get estimate to fix them up. I hope it's not too expensive.

Organization isn't my forte either. I try, but it seems if you let it slip one time, everything's out of control.

                  Re: Wednesday Morning Roll Call

I am IN. I have done my exercise this morning and am making an effort to really work on getting the water down as well as the vitamins. I have never been much of a water drinker but I do understand how important it is. This is my fourth day on induction and all is well. I am back down to 147 (where I was two weeks ago before I fell off the wagon), so it is all forward motion from here.

Jess congratulations on getting nearer to your goal that is awesome. You go girl!

Waterpark! Boy does that sound good. I live in the high desert in California and it is supposed to be near 100 degrees today.

Hope everyone has a great day. Stay on track and keep pushing forward. You can make it!

                    Re: Wednesday Morning Roll Call

I'm here. I got some very bad news on Monday - my best friends husband was in an ATV accident on Sunday and wasn't wearing a helmet. He is in a coma with severe brain injuries and it doesn't look good I ate pizza Monday night because I couldn't cope with fixing food for anyone let alone myself and haven't had hardly any water to drink. Since the pizza I've gotten back on track and today am pushing the water but I was up a lb today. Trying not to let that put me in a tailspin.

I'm just not in a good place right now but am turning to Atkins to give me something concrete to focus on and stick with.....I'm glad you guys are here to motivate and inspire me.

And please, for those who are active outside with things like bikes, ATV's, anything with wheels, please wear a helmet!

                      Re: Wednesday Morning Roll Call

Good day everybody. All this talk about waterparks makes me want to jump in a pool somewhere. I used to take my kids swimming at least 3 times a week when they were young. I sure miss it. Now it's work, work and no time for anything it seems. But, hoping to get to the ocean next month. It will be a test for me, cause everyone will try to talk me into eating JUNK and it will be so tempting.

Hope everyone is having a great stress free day today. Don't forget to drink your water.

Ah skinnymom I'm sorry. That is why I refused to let my kids have ATV's. I didn't like them riding on others either. I will say a pray for your friend. Try to stay on track and force the water, it will help.

Thanks Mickkey Yes, I will never allow my kids to ride them or even be near them. I just thank God their son wasn't riding with his dad at the time, he usually does and was outside playing when the accident occurred.

Prayers will help, he needs all he can get.

                            Skinnymom,

Man, I am sorry, too. It is so hard to have to deal with things like that.

Just keep going through the motions just like you did before and that will help get you through. Just like a wheel. Keep thinking that. I know it is going to be hard, especially when you are hurting inside.

My thoughts are with you and your friends,

                              SkinnyMom,

I am sorry to hear that your best friend's husband was in an accident. I hope he makes a full recovery and there is no permanent damage. You are right to warn people to wear helmets, even if you are on a bike. My husband was in an accident on his bicycle and if he had not been wearing his helmet I would hate to think of what the outcome might have been. His helmet was cracked and smashed in on the front of it.

Don't beat yourself up over the pizza. It isn't worth it. You know what you have to do and you sound like a strong lady. Hang in there and best wishes to your best friend, her husband and their family.

I don't know how old your son is but H20 is for smaller kids.. There is a height restriction... But if your son is small enough then you can play with him... Its like a piece of playground equipment...
