Learning to stop eating when satisfied, versus stopping when the plate, bag, or package is empty, is my biggest hurdle on Atkins and off. I'm also going to try to be prepared for inevitable stalls so that I don't let frustration and disappointment knock me off plan.

That would definately be a new eating experience!

Some of us have had to face that we have a sugar addiction, and that is a tough one to deal with, however, it changes one's perspective pretty quickly. I used to look at Atkins like a quick fix or something temporary ~ not anymore. Once i had the "epiphany" i realized that this is something i will have to face for life. And that indeed changes things!
