    OK, I'm going to be Shakin' Cheri! I have to got to get shakin' because it doesn't look like I'm going to finish packing up my classroom today! OY!!!! I'm supposed to check out today but looks like I am going to have to come back next week. (School's are closed on Fridays during the summer to save power.) Jeez...

    It's rainy and chilly today - well, it's 62 - chilly for June.

    Hugs for everyone today. Sounds like everyone needs one!

      good morning...i am contemplative jen today...thinking a lot about the patterns and processes i allow to keep me stuck instead of moving forward...and one of my patterns is to give over my power to numbers on a scale...i allow this to dictate how i feel, my attitude...and so, essentially it dictates who i am on any particular day...especially if you believe that attitude is 90% of what people remember about you! so i am committing again to you all and to my self today that i am putting the scale away...can't quite commit to a weigh in date yet, so one step at a time. here's to all of us having healthy, productive days...

        Good morning! I'm Dedicated Sherri, This is my day 12 of re-induction and feeling great. It's another beautiful day here in Oregon. I'm looking forward to weighing saturday, to see how well I've done. I can feel my clothes getting baggy on me, so that's a good sign. Hopefully I'll be getting in my last summer clothes soon. I'm not buying new ones. There's already clothes with tags on them hanging in my closet. Wishing all of you a wonderful day!

            Hi everyone! Well, I don't know what I am.
            I have the exact opposite problem that speedy is talking about; I think I look better than I do! Caught a glimpse of myself yesterday and again was shocked at how BIG I still am. I was beginning to feel slimmer, more fit with the exercising, more energy, more agile, thinking I was looking good, and was so let down seeing that reflection in the mirror. So, I guess I'm disillusioned Mickkey today. Not going to give up, just going to work harder.

            Jess, you look great in your jeans! Julie, it is hard, you just have to keep trying.

              Lovin' Life Lizzie here! lol! Walked to my yoga class today (2.5) mile round trip also rode my bike 2.5 miles and did my 1.5 hour class... THEN, Tom showed up... was a little surprised to see him... as I am feeling so good. Also dropped another 2 lbs... Wow! I should go back to bed instead of going to work and not mess anything up! Really hope I don't crash later... gotta take vitamins, eat, drink water.... etc....

                Mickkey, you are 1/2 way there and I'll be you look BETTER than you think you do. You're just having an off day.

                    Again better late than never! It is after 1:30 pm here in California. I think that today I will be known as Dazzling Deb. I went out to lunch with my daughter this afternoon and was tempted with a bread basket and also a "low fat" huge blueberry muffin, but I didn't have any of it!!!!!! I felt really good walking out of the restaurant and knowing I had defeated the carbo and sugar demons!

                    Ann hope you enjoy your vacation. I am right behind you.. We are leaving Saturday for a week.

                    Michelle, you hang in there ok?
