    Welcome aboard!

Kimkins is a combination low fat/low carb diet. Apparently, she was once a member of this board and decided to make a business out of her work helping people. I've heard that many people have a lot of success with the diet, but I think it would be very hard to stick to. On Atkins, if I'm hungry, I eat. I still lose weight. On Kimkins, you're supposed to stick with a certain regimen for the results that everyone is talking about. Basically, it's a very low calorie diet similar to what my mother eats after a gastric bypass surgery, but without the surgery. It's drastic and really meant for people who need to lose a lot of weight, IMO. It's chicken, seafood, and vegetables, for the most part. But you can't add the elements that make those things taste good - such as butter, cheese, cream, etc. - and those things (fat) that your body needs to burn on a ketogenic diet.

Here, you can get awesome support for free and eat really tasty foods in a way that your body's not starving!

My experience is that DANDR helps my body run the most efficient. Both physically and mentally. Physically, my body starts to regulate itself and I'm starting to gravitate towards my natural weight. Mentally, I'm free from the cravings and the sugar obsession. My wish for you is that you have a similar experience.

Keep coming back here for support. There is nothing like it.
