I thought I had started OWL rung 1, but realized yesterday that I had been adding veggies per the 'Weight of Veggies per Cup' Induction spreadsheet, not the OWL 5 gram carb spreadsheet. HA! Sooo, I have been adding ONE CUP per day of veggies, not 5 net carbs of veggies. And my favorite is celery with blue cheese dip, so I have only added 2 net carbs per day!
Anyway, I end up totaling out at 20 carbs per day with the extra cup of veggies, and I am still losing, so I will continue this 'Extended Induction' until my vacation at the end of the month, then move to REAL OWL when I get back.
I guess I was having a blonde moment, but for a whole week!
