Re: Starting today! Good Morning
Hey and welcome back!
I know what you mean about the other diet thing. I have bought hundreds of Women's World magazines because of the diets they feature on every single cover. I was sure, each time, that I had found THE DIET that was going to change my life. Finally, it dawned on me that I had already found it. I just needed to get back and stay there. After an off the cuff remark from my little girl, I did come back and it's been wonderful!
My tip is this: Take the energy you may waste on your frustration and put it towards your goal. Don't focus on how much you have to lose, or how long you've been stalled. Rather, focus on what you've accomplised and see how you can improve upon it. Make this WOL a challenge rather than a drudge and you'll have it whipped!
I wish you the best of luck and success!

Re: Starting today! Good Morning
Leah, I just started over also, on 28 May, and the second time has been slower, but i'm learing a lot more being on the Forum, it's great to have the support. I have changed my eating habits from the first time around, incorporating more veggies and less processed meats and cheese. Also, no diet sodas or fake sugar, just water.....and no alcohol.....good luck to you, can't wait to see your progress.
