    HI!

    I'm so glad I found this group, it's so appropriate for me !!

    I've been following Atkins (love it) and fell off a couple of years ago. Thankfully, I didn't regain all of the weight I lost and that's due to me sticking to my exercise routine! But, I am up about 35 pounds from my Atkins low.

    I'm on Day 6 of Induction and things are going well, no flu or symptoms, so that's good!

    I'll be hanging around and posting daily, so I hope to get to know you all!

    Short Term Goal:
    Complete Clean Induction
    Work more slowly moving up in OWL
    Weight goals:
    249 - mad it! sometime during the challenge!
    239 - made it! 08/29/2007

    Long Term Goals:
    Get to 175 and maintain that weight
    Workout minimum 5 days a week ~ Forever

    Hello Carbetter, nice to see another newbie. I just started here about 2 weeks ago, and started induction a month ago. Stick around, because this forum is awesome. I can not tell you how much i have leaned in a few weeks. I was making plenty of carb mistakes with a terrible stall, and now i'm on track with 12.5 pounds behind me.......Michelle.
