I'm not sure if anyone will remember me, but my name is Kristen and I am 24 years-old. My most recent post was on the pregnancy forum but I recently had a miscarriage.
My first time on Atkins I lost 90lbs. and went from a size 18 to an 8. I went through some major issues earlier this year and slipped up - big time. I've put quite a bit of weight back on. I'm 5'10" and extremely embarassed to admit I currently weigh 200lbs. (I've gained 40-ish pounds since January). I'm in a 12/14 now (okay, okay... a SNUG 12).
I was planning to begin the induction phase again in May but learned I was pregnant just days later. I was planning to follow the maintenance phase during my pregnancy but that didn't last long. Partially because of my fatigue and nausea but mostly because I just didn't want to do it.
Well, now that I am no longer pregnant (after a D&C that will be more accurate) I want to get back on track completely. I really want to lose 40lbs. - at least! I came back to this board because everyone here is so supportive, which is what I need right now.
