I'm restarting induction. I was on it for about 10 days, lost 5 pounds, then went off for a couple of days. Can I still post on the induction board, or do I stay here?

The way I look at it, you go whereever you want. The whole board had so much information and support and whereever you feel comfortable, you jump in and participate. Its all about you!
