Morning Glory you have a great summer and I hope you will drop in now and again to say hello. You just can't abandon us forever we are all too cute and you will miss us too much
Blaze...have a great day shopping it can be alot of exercise especially with your girls along. I know...I have a 12 year old.
Sandy...you can do it! We are all pulling for you.
Terry...congrats on your third day of induction. I am starting on my 5th today and it feels great.
Jess....you are so right about having a plan when we go out.
Julirama....the haircut you are going for is really cute and it will look great on you. I bit the bullet last month and had mine cut and had some low lights put in. I love it. It is nice to have a change once in a while makes you feel like a whole new person. We want to see pictures of the new do.
Well I got my exercise in today. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes pulling weeds in the garden. I also got my vitamins in. The water is always a challange. I plan to do better today than I did yesterday.
Hey, everyone. Sounds like a whole mixed bag this morning! Kind of like a soap opera. I'm glad everyone is still hanging with us to help them keep on track. MG - we're going to miss ya - stay strong!
Having some stressful issues of my own dealing with school. Teachers are supposed to get the summer off - even summer school is only supposed to be three weeks - but I've been dealing with parental issues all summer. Special education teachers just don't seem to get any time off. At least I don't. If this keeps up, I'm going burn out real fast. My director once told me that sped teachers only last 3 years before moving on to something else. Now I know why. Just need to keep on keeping on for now. Try to find some time for myself to destress. I am getting a co-teacher in August, so maybe that will help with the stress and workload!!!
Hope everyone has a legal day. I'm really striving for those 30 cheat-free days!!!!

good morning everyone! wow, i haven't checked in in a few days...my internet decided to crash on me and then it took me HOURS (not kidding) to catch up on the work it challenge...i was literally up until 3 in the morning this morning reading the posts! however, i am caught up, my internet is back, and i am still motivated! today's topic of planning is just what i needed to hear. if i leave the food without food, i know i am sabotaging myself...setting myself up for a fall. i am not willing to be that person any longer. i am off to shower and head to work...it's my tuesday! hope everyone has a great saturday.
oh, and the shopping...i love to shop for clothes, even when i end up getting nothing. and, i tend to agree with sweet strudel. my take on it though is that i have been fat my whole life and have hidden my body so much, i'm not sure i understand what "normal-fitting" clothes even look like! however, i will say that i do not have a daughter, and when i take the adolescents i work with shopping, i so not allow them to buy anything that's skin tight (other than undies and bathing suits!!)

Jess... great message.
Julie... we want pictures!
Sandy...hang in there kiddo...
everyone else.... hi
Plans yesterday evening fell apart when son came home from work having removed his own cast with letter opener... spent yet another evening in the same ER I used to work at... nice to see my friends, but not nice being there for something soooo stupid. New cast... plenty of lectures... two more weeks at least in the cast. kids!
Today, planning on going to the coast with dh and he's going to drop me off at a quilt shop while he does some work related thing then will hit the beach for a walk... later we plan to go see 'Annie get your gun' at Moonlight theatre... so we have a lovely day planned... Son is at work all day, so he should stay out of trouble. lol.
no movement on the scale... can't believe it... I keep thinking 'this will be the day....' Alas... no whoosh fairy.
oh, well... tomorrow is another day.
