Well, I thought I was going to be so smart and switch to another WOE. It is actually a very healthy WOE. Too bad I gained about 15 pounds doing it! So, I am back to the tried and true Atkins approach and so looking forward to the benefits. Today I got in my 20 minutes of brisk walking and my delicious breakfast omelette. Aaaah, (cracking knuckles) it feels good to be back on track!
