    Back Again!

    Hi everybody! I'm back again and on day three of Induction. The first time I did atkins I was on this board, and started around 190 and ended up at 158! I didn't even think it was possible for me to weigh that little Well, Italy took its toll LOL and now I'm back up into the 180's. Time to lose the extra baggage!

    Just dropping in to say hi again to everyone. I look forward to checking in daily.
