I started the Atkins back in August of 2004. I lost almost 100 lbs in the first 5 months. After that I slowly started to go back to my old eating habits and by April of 2005 I had pretty much abandoned the diet. I thought I could keep the weight off, but we all know how that goes. I started again on 7/1/07 and am off to a good start. I am hoping to get back down to 255 lbs. (my lowest weight when I was on the first time) and then hopefully 200 lbs. ultimately. Anyways, I'm glad to be back!
