I had really good results the last time I did Atkins, but that was 8 years ago and a lot has changed since then. I've, of course, gotten older and I've had a baby. I'm currently the same weight I was when I started losing weight the first time. So, I thought I'd try this again. Just someone please tell me that this can work again. I'm on day two!
