You know, this is the rest of our life, not a short term diet. The weightloss phase is hard, challenging and our main focus....But living the sustained life of low carb eating is going to take a skill set. As I venture into endurance training and experiment with foods and food choices and timing with foods...I find I have too old foes I have to deal with regularly...
HUNGER and FATIGUE....When they hit at the same time, boy howdy....My coping skills are stretched....So, since I have decided to open the door to these guys, due to endurance training, which is a level way above my normal coping levels....I challenge myself significantly.
I've not gone down this path without thinking it through. Endurance training will tax my body and cause it to require more than normal amounts of good healthy foods....
I am ready for the challenge. I've inquired with others who are atheletes.
I am focused on success and control. I am about to ride 25mi and I've not choosen this hap hazzardly, it's a plan with planned eating. I am focused.
