  • STAC-ers exercise check in

Last time I was here, we also had a daily thread about our workouts. So I thought I'd start one for today.

This morning I started the Couch to 5k plan. I jogged and walked for 1 mile, or 1/2 hour. Felt fantastic at the end, though I must say that during was not so pleasant.

I also have done my 200 ab crunches.

My plan is to work with free weights just briefly on my upper body later today.

And I've already drunk 34 oz of water - and it's not even 10 am yet.
    Start date: 7/29/2007

    Scale: SW:235 CW:193
    GW:150

Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

    Mini goals:
    215 - met 9/10/07
    205 - met 10/17/07
    195 - met 2/20/08
    180

    I survived a two-month stall!

    STAC-ers exercise check in

Great idea, I'd like to post here my exercises routine too.
    Yesterday, (my weekends are free)

I used the spinning bike medium intensity during 4o minutes.
Then I did bench press (20 pounds, 3 sets of 10 repetitions)
The hack squat (the same number of set).
like 60 abs with that horrible ball, I hate a lot lol....
And like 3 more machines but I dont know the names ^^

    My goal:
    I started Atkins: May 29th
    Breast: 90-90-90cm
    Waist: 78-72-66cm
    Hips: 94-87-87cm
    Body type:5' 2" inches (159cm)
I dont think I want to lose more weight, just complete correctly the phases. I LOVE ATKINS!

      Re: STAC-ers exercise check in

Hmmm, let's see....I did 3 miles on the treadmill (1/2 a mile of that was interval jogging) and varying inclines (I mostly stayed between 3 and 5 for the inclines today). I did 150 crunches and about 12 minutes on my rebounder, at 2 minute intervals (for some strange reason that thing makes me need to pee). Oh ya, and some squats - I think it was 20.

I'm not sure how much water I drank, but it was at least 3 litres (96 oz).
